Geotechnical Report

Purpose: To analyse the geological and geotechnical properties of the site, including soil stability, bearing capacity, and potential subsidence. 

Requirement: Required for projects involving significant groundworks or in areas with challenging ground conditions. 

Contaminated Land Assessment

Requirement: Required under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, particularly for brownfield sites.
